1. Service description

GmailDesk New is a Windows desktop tool that connects to Google Gmail accounts with the user's authorization and supports email sending, message history, reply monitoring, and reply composition.

2. Authorized use

Users must have permission to access any connected Gmail account and must comply with Google's terms and Gmail sending policies. The app must not be used to send spam, bypass platform limits, impersonate others, or contact people who have asked not to be contacted. Applicable email marketing and privacy requirements remain the user's responsibility.

3. Availability

Google may limit or revoke API access. Features and access depend on Google OAuth authorization and applicable Google policies. Delivery to a recipient's inbox is not guaranteed.

4. Local data

The current desktop design stores application data on the user's computer. Users are responsible for protecting their devices and backing up important local information. Review the Privacy Policy for details.
